Facts on Routine Maintenance:
Indiana is the worst climate for concrete and pavers in the United States due to freeze/thaw.
All concrete needs washed and sealed to protect from Indiana weather and salts.
Stamped concrete should be re-sealed every 2-3 years
Regular concrete should be re-sealed every 2-5 years
Pavers and other sand jointed materials need re-sanded, joint stabilization and leveled.
Some pavers and stone paving need sealed to prevent color loss, shaling or cracking.
